[ECW] Fallout: Orton Injured, Identity of Kelly C.B.er & More

Archive

The Wrestling Observer’s Dave Meltzer is reporting that the man who stopped Kelly from stripping during the “Kelly’s Expose” segment was none other than Deep South Wrestling’s Mike Knox. Paul Heyman has reportedly been very high on him as well as Shelly Martinez, who debuted tonight as the Tarot Card reader at the front of the show.

According to PWInsider’s Mike Johnson, Macho Libre was former ECW Baldie Tony DeVito. If you missed the show, “Macho” was a cross between Randy Savage and the luchadore character being played by Jack Black in the movie Nacho Libre, and he — like The Zombie and Eugene last week — got wrecked by The Sandman on the show.

After the show went off the air, RVD and Kurt Angle continued to celebrate, while Randy Orton got helped to the back. The Undertaker then beat Khali and Henry in a non-televised dark match main event. PWInsider.com reports that Orton was indeed injured during an exchange with Kurt Angle, and when the camera was off of him after he tagged out during the tag match ECW main event, Lita was obviously helping him. He was rushed to a hospital via ambulance after the show to have his right arm checked out, and we’ll have more on this as it develops.
