The Weekly Pulse: TV's Second Wife

We are down to three houseguests in our ‘Big Brother’ tournament..Kaysar Ridha from ‘Big Brother 6’, Will Kirby from ‘Big Brother 2’, and Janelle Pierzina from ‘Big Brother 6’! Who is the best houseguest EVER?!?! Find out later in this column.

I’m sure you all watched the first episode of ‘Big Brother 7: All-Stars’ last night and I’m sure you have plenty to say about it. And I know you are all wondering what I think about the show. Well..I have a lot of comments. However, I don’t know if I could say all I wanted to say in the limited time that I have right now. I will probably be gone all day on Friday as well, so I have decided to wait for the comments on ‘Big Brother 7′ until next week. I know you are all sad, but it will be worth the wait. Big Brother’ madness is off and running!

I want to give out a special pimp to Michaelangelo over on the “Movies” side of things. I do some DVD reviews and stuff over there every now and then and since he let me get some kick-ass DVDs coming in August..I figure I would plug his tournament. Yeah..he copied me, but so what. He started the “Funniest Movie of Our Generation” Tournament! You can go vote on the first round here! It’s all about finding the funniest movie over the last 30 years or so.

I didn’t see any new shows this week. The only exception was the reruns of ‘Monk’ I saw and they were interesting. I definitely will be watching the new episodes of that show along with ‘Psych’ tomorrow (Friday). Look for comments on those two shows, along with ‘Big Brother 7’, to come next week as I mentioned before.

But right now it’s time to get to the rest of the week that was here at IPTV!! Dig in deep and enjoy!

But they are both back for the first performances of this week featuring the guys, followed by Tuesday night’s show with the ladies!

Murtz is still in the audience for LIVE ‘Canadian Idol’ recaps! He has his version of the results from last week! Did he agree with the four that went home? And then he’s back for the Monday performance show, where he bashes a few people in the audience! He then settles back in his seat for the Tuesday night show with the girls! He also hates Starbucks!

Time to Talk a.k.a. The Best ‘Big Brother’ Houseguest EVER is Crowned!!

The final round of voting is done! We have our ULTIMATE ‘Big Brother’ houseguest!! Who is it? Well..here is the result of the finals:

Kaysar Ridha (BB6) – 9
Will Kirby (BB2) – 12
Janelle Pierzina (BB6) – 10

The voting was close as I expected, but Will Kirby from ‘Big Brother 2’ is the best ‘Big Brother’ houseguest according you! I was a little surprised that Janelle finished ahead of Kaysar in this voting. But really there is no shame in losing here. These three have definitely been the best of the best and it was a battle to crown the ULTIMATE winner, but Dr. Will a.k.a. Dr. Evil is the winner! So I guess EVIL beats GOOD this time. Congrats to Will and thanks to everyone that voted. If you have any comments on the tournament as a whole or suggestions for future tournaments..send them my way!

Since I don’t have a lot of time left, I will end this column right now. But next week is a big week. I will have my complete comments on the ‘Big Brother 7’ houseguests along with the first week in the house right here on “The Weekly Pulse” next Friday. I will be doing the recap of ‘Real World/Road Rules Challenge: Fresh Meat’ on Monday as usual. If that is not enough for you, don’t forget about the “MTV Mix” on Friday as well! Oh..and soon I will be doing the recap of the special Sunday night episode of ‘Big Brother 7: All-Stars’! So buckle up, because it’s going to be a wild summer!!

But that’s all I got this week! Any questions, comments, or suggestions are always welcome!

Remember..“Life Ain’t Always Beautiful, but It’s a Beautiful Ride!”

And as always…“You Can’t Fight Fate!”. See you when I see you!

I'm not embarrassed to say that my favorite television show of all-time is The O.C. I live by the motto "you can't fight fate!" More importantly, I watch WAY too much television, but I do so for the benefit of everyone reading this now. So to my mom and my wife, I say thanks for reading! To everyone else that might stumble across this, remember TiVo should be your best friend!
