– Rookies beware! Hardcore Holly is about to return to action, after surviving a severe staph infection that almost claimed his life. Holly had this to say, “I’m the same aggressive, tough, S.O.B. that I was the last time you saw me. I’m so ready to get in the ring that I could explode.”

– Your teacher Matt Striker claims the WWE begged him to write a journal of his observations during his trip to Australia, called “The Continental Classroom”.

– Mick Foley’s Road Stories input, titled Babmboozled At The Beach, is a tale featuring Stunning Steve Austin, Steven Regal, and Foley himself from way back in 1993. This yarn, retold from Foley’s book Have A Nice Day, is a gay old romp.

– Speaking of the Hardcore Legend, Foley further explained his reasons for saying Ric Flair is now in his past, and discussed his kayfabe contract in this exclusive interview on WWE.com.

– The site also reports that Triple H has been cleared of contraband charges levied against him on RAW this Monday night.

– Benjamin is Brisco? Jim Ross discusses the similarities between Shelton Benjamin and Jack Brisco in his latest commentary.

– WWE Champion Edge spews venom regarding his number 3 ranking in the Power 25 this week. Read it here.

– Heaven help us, SmackDown! General Manager Theodore Long is “threatening” the return of the infamous New Talent Initiative which brought us such winning concepts as the Boogeyman and the Juniors Division. However, Long will be quick to remind viewers that it was the NTI which also produced such stars as Bobby Lashley, Mr. Kennedy, and United States Champion Finlay. Only time will tell who or what springs forth from the NTI this time around.

– The ECW Superstars, excuse me, EXTREMISTS page now includes profiles for Ariel, CM Punk, and Kevin Thorn (Fertig). Punk’s profile lists the “Guillotine Choke/Keylock combo” as his signature move.

– Also on ECW.com are shots of “The Reject” Shannon Moore riding a subway. Will this be the gimmick that finally works for Moore and gets him over? Probably not…
