Hi there folks, me again. Sorry for missing last week, but to be perfectly honest, I got mixed up with the weeks, and just plain forgot I had to post. So yeah… sorry.

Big news coming hot off the presses… this will be the third-to-last edition of You Complete Bar Steward! EVER! Some big things are happening, so it’s come down to having to end this beauty of a column. I’m still going to be knocking around the wrestling section, so you’ll still get your Wallace fix.. you lucky people you. It’s just a good time to end this, before I get bored with it all.

So… the last ever “proper” version of YCBS (two weeks time will be something special.. in 4 weeks time, will be something even more special than the special one).

Slammer of the Fortnight – Fuzzy Monkey
Difficulty Rating: 1/5
Taste/s: Fruity, Exotic

Ingredients
3/4 oz Peach Schnapps
3/4 oz Vodka
3/4 oz Crème de Banana
1-1/2 oz Orange juice

Equipment
1 x Tumbler

Instructions

Add the Schnapps, Vodka and Banana Liquor first, then add the Orange juice and give it a stir to mix all the ingredients. Once you’ve done that, you may proceed to getting wasted. Some people like to add lemonade to this, but in my opinion it tastes f*cking awful.

Nobody walks into a bar …

… so no joke can be made or thought of.

Cocktail of the Fortnight – Kamikaze Raspberry

Difficulty Rating: 1/5
Taste/s: Sweet, Fruity
Colour/s: Red, Pink

Ingredients
1 part Concentrated Raspberry juice
1 part Raspberry Schnapps
1 part Vodka

Equipment
Pitcher / Jug

Instructions
1. Put all the ingredients into the Pitcher, along with some crushed up ice.
2. Give it a good stir, add some chopped up fruit if you wish.
3. Pour into a glass and you’re sorted.
