You Complete Bar Steward! 21.08.06 – Snakes on a Plane Edition!
Hi there drink loving people, welcome to the second-to-last edition of YCBS!
I know last fortnight I said I was going to give you guys something special, but to be honest with you, it was shit idea so it’s not gonna happen. So you get the snake idea instead.
So yeah… one last time, before the very last edition of YCBS! which ALL drinkers will appreciate, mark my words.
Slammer of the Fortnight – Colorado Rattlesnake

Taste/s: Sharp
Ingredients
1 ½ oz Tequila
1 ½ oz Tomato Juice
Dash Tabasco Sauce
Dash Black Pepper
Equipment
2 x Tumbler
Instructions
Pour chilled Tequila in shot glass and put to the side. Pour Tomato Juice in a second shot glass and dash pepper and Tabasco in the Tomato Juice. Shoot Tequila and chase with tomato juice shot.
Cocktail of the Fortnight – Snake in the Grass
Difficulty Rating: 1/5
Taste/s: Sharp, Bitter
Ingredients
1/4 Cointreau
1/4 Gin
1/4 Vermouth
1/4 Lemon Juice
Equipment
Bog standard glass. Any will do really.
Instructions
1. Put all the ingredients into a Cocktail Shaker, shake it about a bit, then pour over ice.
Last Orders…
A small, little appetiser column before the slap-up meal that will be the final YCBS in two weeks time.
