Marcellas got sent home and George became the new “HOH”. That shocked most people. But this is a double eviction week, so George only gets one day on TV as “HOH”. He had to nominate two people and he picked James and Erika without much explanation. Someone is going home TONIGHT! We have a lot to cover, so lets get to it!

‘Big Brother 7: All-Stars’ – Episode 19 (8/20/06)

We start off with clips of Marcellas getting evicted from the house on Thursday. Janelle was shocked that Marcellas went home. Everyone lied to her. She is upset that he left that way. Mike calls Marcellas a baby who didn’t get his way. He walks out without saying goodbye to anyone. Mike is glad that he helped send Marcellas home. We see a great shot of Marcellas using a “stiff-arm” on Howie and out the door he went! Danielle hopes Marcellas knows that it wasn’t personal. She voted him out for strategy purposes.

Janelle and Howie meet with James and Janelle wonders why James voted out Marcellas as well. James said he found out how everyone was voting and did the same thing. Janelle wants to know how James found out how everyone was voting and James said “that’s what he does”. Janelle doesn’t like the “group voting” thing and will now vote the way she wants to vote.

Now we gets clips of the “HOH” competition and we see George winning to shock everyone. George can’t believe he won and doesn’t know how he won it. Danielle can’t believe she lost to George. Janelle was excited that George won, since Danielle is after her. Erika was not that surprised since George is smarter than he looks. Danielle says that no one knows what George is going to do and that makes him a “scary” player.

This leads to clips of his nominations. James and Erika go up and no one understands the reasons behind this. George says James was the easy one. He was his main target, since James nominated George earlier. George didn’t want to nominate Erika at all. Danielle and everyone else was suprised. George knows that everyone wants Janelle and Howie out of the house, so it makes no sense to them.

Erika goes to talk to George about why she got nominated. He basically says that Erika is the “pawn” and he wants James out of the house. Meanwhile, Howie talks to James and James is not happy. He is going after George once he gets “off the block”.

Mike says that George was the worst person to make a live eviction. He doesn’t know what he is doing. Mike, James, and Danielle now talk about getting George to “backdoor” Janelle. That would be the best thing to happen this week.

Everyone goes to see George’s “HOH” room. It had a 70’s theme to it. George said it had an “Austin Powers” theme to it. We see pictures of George’s family and Howie thinks his daughters are hott! George gets a letter from home and his family tells him everything is okay there and to stay in the game for as long as he can.

Howie, Janelle, and George talk now. George wants his nominations to stay. Janelle says that if she wins “POV”, she will keep them the same. Janelle finds it weird that George is her safety net this week. George is not going after Howie or Janelle. He has no reason to do that. Time for our first break!

Commercial Break…

We come back and it’s time for the “Power of Veto” competition! This is quick. George, Erika, and James all pick people to play by random draw. George draws Howie, Erika gets Danielle, and James gets Will. James feels pretty good with almost everyone, except Howie and George, on his side. Mike is glad that Janelle is not going to get to play for “POV” this week.

Mike comes to talk to George. George really thinks that the house wants James out of the house. Mike tries to tell George that Janelle is the biggest threat in this house. He wants George to nominate Janelle if Howie doesn’t win the “POV”. They can get James off and put Janelle in his place. Mike tells him to do what is best for him, though. It’s just a suggestion. Hahaha.

Time for the “POV” competiton now. It has a “gnome” theme to it. The players get chained up and locked to a stump. They have a variety of items in front of them. They have to use these items to create someting to retrieve the key that is across from them. They had to stay behind this line as well. Danielle can’t wait to “backdoor” Janelle if they can. Howie thinks he has what it takes to get the key. But Mike knows that Howie has no chance. He finds it funny that Howie is Janelle’s only hope. Eventually, it is James that has the right idea and he gets his key first. He wins the competition! He is going “off the block”. Howie is not surprised as James has won more “POV” competitions than anyone else.

James goes to talk to George about who he is going to nominate in his place. James hopes that George makes a “big” play and do something good. George talks to a variety people after this. Erika tells him that he can trust her. He can tell her anything, so George agrees to work with Erika. Erika is happy about this alliance for some reason. Mike is next. Mike says that if Janelle goes home, George is safe. It would be everyone against Howie then. Will comes in to stir the pot. He wants George to put himself up, so that Erika goes home and Danielle and Janelle continues to fight with each other. So basically..he’s just trying to mess with George’s mind and it seems to be working. Time for another break!

Commercial Break…

George goes to Janelle and Howie and tells them that everyone wants Janelle out including James. Janelle is mad that James was not in their alliance to begin with. George says he is not going to do that to Janelle. He is not going to nominate her, but he wants to join them in return. They are a new alliance. In addition, Howie and Janelle have to vote to keep Erika this one week. Janelle said that she would have said anything right there. George thinks he is about to “flip” the house upside down now. Of course, Mike has the “Coup d’Etat” and could end George’s power right there.

Erika wants to know who George is going to nominate, since they are in an alliance now. George says that Erika can’t say anything. He is going to put up Will, which Erika doesn’t like at all. She will be going home if George does that. George says that he got the votes for her to stay this week, though. She is safe. Erika tells George to think about this some more.

Erika runs to tell Mike and Danielle about Will. Mike is upset and says that Will and Mike were the ones that saved George from going home last time. Mike is going to remind George of that again.

Right before the nomination ceremony, everyone is sitting around and Mike talks to George and everyone. He doesn’t see why George is putting up Will instead of Janelle. George says that Janelle has put a lot into this game and doesn’t deserved to be treated like that. Mike still doesn’t understand why Will, though? Mike says that George can easily be influenced and he wanted George to hear his voice last. Will says that he told George to nominate him, but he didn’t tell Mike and Mike is very protective of Will. Opps. Mike and Will tell George that they saved him last week. Janelle said she was going to nominate Mike, Marcellas, or George. Will came in and talked Janelle into putting up Marcellas to save Mike AND George. Howie doesn’t have to much to say. Now Mike hints that he has the “Coup d’Etat” and wants to know if George is prepared to face that power. George says he is probably up against that power anyways.

At the last second, George tells Erika and Danielle that he is putting up Howie and they like that idea. It’s time for the “POV” ceremony to begin. George stands up and he is glad Mike talked to him. Will and Mike saved him last week. He won’t go after Danielle or Janelle, so that just leaves Howie. Howie is not happy! Howie said that George promised him that he was saved. George tries to say that he didn’t promise him, but George did say that he wasn’t going after them so it’s almost the same thing. George says that Mike made sense, so there you go. And George is really stupid then! Howie tries to say that he saved George and not anyone else. I don’t remember what happened, so I can’t say either way. But things are heating up folks! Howie keeps saying that the “joke is on them” this week. He believes he is safe.

Now we know why he said. Howie and Janelle talk to Will and they STILL believe that Will is on their side. WOW! Will says that Howie is doing more harm than good by acting like an idiot and asking for votes. Janelle should be doing that for him. Will tells Howie to settle down.

Howie now goes to talk to Mike who laughs and says that Howie is safe. Howie knows James and Janelle will vote for him, so he needs either Will or Mike to vote for him. Mike says that Howie is safe. “Bros before Hoes” and all of that. And this is not going to be pretty! Mike and Erika are together, so he is not going to send her out the house. Mike says that the whole house is full of lies and you have to lie to win this game.

Will, Mike, and James talk. Will thinks they may have to get rid of Erika this week. James says he can’t against Howie because of the alliance. Erika is definitely the stronger player which concerns Will. Mike is in love, so he doesn’t really listen to what they say. But all three say that they are supposed to be in alliance with Howie and Janelle. Will says he doesn’t know who is going home this week, but they have the votes to send someone home. Time for another break!

Commercial Break…

It’s now time to vote! Julie Chen gives Mike a chance to stand up and use his “Coup d’Etat” power, if he wants to. He doesn’t stand up and the voting begins. Danielle is first to vote. She votes to send Howie home! Janelle and James send Erika home. Will decides to send Howie home. It’s 2-2 and down to Mike. Mike votes to send Howie home and by a count of 3-2..Howie is out of the house!! Howie is shocked and upset! James gives him a hug. Same with Erika. George too. Now Janelle and here we go. Howie goes over and grabs Mike’s hat and throws it. Mike calls Howie a “class act” as he is walking out of the door in a sarcastic tone of voice. This causes Howie to turn back around and get into Mike’s face. SWEET! FIGHT! Well..not really as James steps in between them. Words are exchanged and Howie says “Chill Town II” can’t be trusted.

Howie talks to Julie Chen now. She wants to know about the fight. Howie didn’t want to leave like that. He doesn’t like people lying to him to his face and stuff. It took it personal. Julie says that George pretty much put him here. Howie doesn’t blame George. He blames Mike and his threats against George. Howie said that “Chill Town II” showed that their word means nothing. Time for our last break!

Commercial Break…

It’s now time for the next “HOH” competition. George can’t compete. The “HOH” competition continues the “gnome” theme. Here comes actual gnomes! Will doesn’t like this at all. The game goes like this. The players have to answer a question “true” or “false”. They stick their head through this hole and if they are right..they move on. If they are wrong, the gnomes hit them in the face with pies!

Question #1: “The number of times the ‘POV’ has been used this summer is 4.”

The answer is false, since it is 5 counting tonight. Danielle, Erika, and James all answer wrong and are out!

Question #2: “The total number of frames of ‘Big Brother’ stuff on the first floor of the house is 9.”

This is false. There are 11 and Will answers wrong. He is out. Mike and Janelle left.

Question #3: “On move-in day, the third key that Julie pulled was Diane’s.”

That is false and Janelle is wrong! Mike is your NEW “HOH”!

Of course, the first one to congratulate him is Erika. That didn’t give anything away did it?!?! Mike makes fun of Howie and he is excited! The gnomes jump up and down and we are out!

That’s all for the Sunday show this week! See you next week!

I'm not embarrassed to say that my favorite television show of all-time is The O.C. I live by the motto "you can't fight fate!" More importantly, I watch WAY too much television, but I do so for the benefit of everyone reading this now. So to my mom and my wife, I say thanks for reading! To everyone else that might stumble across this, remember TiVo should be your best friend!
