– The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is hinting that Francine’s run with the company may be coming to a close. Reports have Vince McMahon questioning Johnny Ace’s decision to hire her, as she’s older than most other WWE Divas (particularly fellow ECW “Vixen” Kelly, who is only 19). She’s been used mostly in house shows to put over Kelly in bikini contests, and has only shown up once on TV, in a group of ECW workers in a backstage segment.
– Ashley Massaro wrote on her MySpace blog that she was in a car wreck yesterday on her way home from Laguardia Airport: “At least I’m alive, it happened on the highway going about 60 miles an hour so thank god I’m okay. My car is a mess but at least I’m not.”
