In a sign that the Tennesee Titans are already planning for next year, ESPN’s Chris Mortensen has reported that they’ve traded 3rd string QB Billy Vokey to the the San Diego Chargers for an undisclosed draft pick.
Apparently, the Titans somehow feel comfortable going forward with the incompetent Kerry Collins (40.4% completion rate, 4.91 yards/attempt, 0 TDs, 4 INTs), and the raw Vince Young (43.5% completion rate, 5.78 yards/attempt, 1 TD, 1 INT, 1 fumble) leading the team. Wow – if Drew Bennett goes down, the Titans might not win a game all year.
