Maverick TV (MavTV), a new men’s cable network, has signed TV deals with XCW Pro Wrestling and Adrenaline Unleashed (partnering with NWA Pro), and series will debut in November on Wednesday nights. PWInsider is reporting that MavTV is expected to announce a deal to air Deep South Wrestling TV in the future, and is negotiating with a women’s wrestling group, with plans to make the shows available at www.mavtv.com as well.

NWA Pro Wins Big In Vegas With The Wrestling Summit
History was made on Friday September 22, 2006 as the National Wrestling Alliance presented the Wrestling Summit featuring La Copa de Lucha in front of over 3,000 crazed fans at the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas, NV.
Congratulations to the Mexican representative in the Copa de Lucha tournament, Los Luchas — Phoenix Star & Zokre, who defeated both the Japanese team of Black Tiger and Puma and the American team of Karl “Machine Gun” Anderson & Joey Ryan to become the first ever Copa de Lucha Champions!
Other great action on the night saw:

– Babi Slymm & Kafu won against “Classic” Colt Cabana & Plague

Las Vegas, Nevada/Los Angeles, California, Sep. 22, 2006: Adrenaline Unleashed, LLC and NWA Pro Wrestling, LLC have come to terms in partnering to produce content for national cable television network, MavTV. Independently owned and operated by the Mav’rick Entertainment Network, MavTV has announced that it will add “Adrenaline Unleashed” to its lineup in November.
