– Justin Credible has been or will be fired. There has been a delay over it because he went AWOL and John Laurinaitis wanted to tell him personally. Credible’s wife is pregnant.

– THQ are facing two law suits over Smackdown vs. Raw 2006. The first is from Michael “Vada” Tumbarello, a musician who claims THQ illegally used one of his songs, “King of the Mat”, in the game despite him having informed him of the situation before the game was released. The second is from our dear friend Warrior Warrior over trademark infringement as Ultimate Warrior was one of the legends used in the game.

– In a recent interview with the Miami Herald, Batista spoke about his conflict with Booker T over the summer: “I came back with a little tension at first. This was because I had some problems with a few guys. We kind of made peace and it’s been business as usual.” On their matches together: “For various reasons, Booker and I aren’t working together. It’s nothing personal because there is no behind the scenes drama going on or anything like that. It’s just the way things are now. I do [think the feud ended too fast], but it’s one of those things where when I got back, I went right into a thing with Mark Henry and he got injured. It kind of left me with nobody.” He also said he would like to win the title back at WrestleMania and do a singles match with The Undertaker. In another interview, also speaking about Booker T, he said “I think we have the same goal, and that’s to give the fans a good match. If you carry your personal differences to the ring with you, it might take away from that because you have to remember this is entertainment and we do have to work together in there. I think both of us are so professional that neither of us would ever take liberties with each other. We both have families to feed and we would never dare hurt one another and take away from that.”

– The Big Show is currently working with a very bad back injury, determined to prove that he is worthy of being the champion in ECW.
