The show opened with highlight clips from last week’s main event, a non-title win for Urban Assault over High Impact.

Cut to Bradley Jay backstage.

“Rough House O’Reilly, can you hear that? Do you hear it, O’Reilly? I’m knocking on your door. I’m gonna kick the door to the Rough House down.” Jay said he had one last shot at O’Reilly for all the marbles. “Some people here call me ‘The Monster of the Midway.’ But tonight, when I leave the building, everyone will be calling me champion.”

(1) Bradley Jay beat Ryan O’Reilly to win the DSW Heavyweight Title in 6:33. The Ruffians were chanting “O-RY-LEE” before the opening bell. The match started as a titanic battle of lockups and waistlocks. Jay threw the first punch. They traded heavy blows. Jay went down and out of the ring. O’Reilly made the mistake of chasing, and Jay dropped an elbow on his arm as he rolled under the ropes. Jay worked the arm with all sorts of hammerlock variations. O’Reilly’s arm was rendered useless. O’Reilly had Jay’s barrel roll scouted, and Jay ended up rolling onto the floor. It was comeback time. O’Reilly put Jay down with big punches. O’Reilly went for a whip. Jay kicked the bad arm and reversed, but O’Reilly sprung off the ropes with a flying clothesline. O’Reilly made a back cover for a near fall. O’Reilly hit a DVD, but Jay kicked out of his cradle. DeMott said the damage to O’Reilly’s arm spelled the difference. O’Reilly crashed and burned on a diving headbutt. Jay hit the Kamikaze Roll to pin O’Reilly clean and become the third champion in DSW history. DeMott’s voice was cracking as he screamed about the upset.

DSW Events Coordinator Sarah Murnan, Theodore Long and Nick Patrick did an ad telling viewers how they could bring a live DSW event to their town or organization. They also slipped in a plug for the DSW training facility.

Promo by Urban Assault. Cocky Siaki said he was tired of the Mohawk, the chubby surfer kid, and the hula girl that couldn’t dance because she wasn’t Samoan. “Bottom line, I’m sick of High Impact wearing our tag team titles.” Eric Perez started in Spanish and switched to English in midstream.

You guys are into X games. I got a little game for you. It’s called assault and battery. Wanna play? Cuz we do. Running is over.

Promo by High Impact. Mike Taylor said Urban Assault acted like they had the market cornered on street smarts and a hard upbringing. Taylor said he and his partner were a couple of young punks. “Take a look, the tag team champions representing the Deep South.”

(2) High Impact (Mike Taylor & Tony Santarelli with Tracy Taylor) versus Urban Assault (Cocky Siaki & Eric Perez) ended as a TV time limit draw (8:59). The opening minutes saw Impact cut the ring in half and use quick tags to wear Siaki down. Assault tried to trap Taylor in their corner. Taylor went one-on-two to fight his way out. Taylor then slammed Santarelli onto Siaki. While Nick Patrick was busy getting Santarelli out, Perez pulled Taylor’s shorts to foil a monkey flip attempt on Siaki. Assault got bigtime heat on Taylor, using bearhugs to cut off his path to his partner. Taylor surprised Siaki with a sunset flip and rolled through a jackknife pin attempt to make the hot tag. Santarelli assaulted Assault with Kawada kicks. He tried to pin Siaki put Perez saved. Perez kicked Santarelli in the back and Siaki hit a rolling neckbreaker for a close near fall. Santarelli gave Siaki a jawbreaker. Perez pushed Siaki out of harm’s way and hit a spiral slam on Santarelli. Siaki covered and Taylor broke up the pin. Taylor’s discus punch sent Siaki through the ropes. Taylor followed with a pescado. Assault was double-teaming Taylor on the outside, when Santarelli broked it up with a flip dive. Taylor made a nice catch to prevent Santarelli from landing on his head. Moments later, Siaki put Santarelli’s lights out with a kick in the head. Siaki covered and the bell rang at the count of two, with no sign of Santarelli trying to kick out. DeMott said Urban Assault were the new champs. Ref Nick Patrick ruled it as a time limit draw, which it clearly was. Assault went nuts and beat the hell out of Impact in the postmatch.
