Notes on ECW, nWo, DSW, OVW & TNA

News

Stampede Wrestling’s TJ Wilson (a.k.a. Stampede Kid in New Japan) is trying out with Deep South Wrestling this week.

Also, Deep South Wrestling’s Shantell Taylor is working ECW house shows this weekend, facing Jazz. So is Brad Armstrong, making his debut for the brand, with Rodney Mack and Eric Perez also working the shows (despite not yet debuting on TV), and Balls Mahoney scheduled to be there.

In other WWE developmental news, Ohio Valley Wrestling and Deep South Wrestling may start trading talent so they can get more experience working each others’ events and getting in additional ring time.

The ECW taping scheduled for Monday night has been cancelled (the same night as the three-hour RAW).

Lillian Garcia sang at Trish’s wedding.

This weekend, Shelton Benjamin & Charlie Haas team up to face Cryme Tyme. Ah, what a tease!

Oh, and by the way: Kevin Nash has agreed to a new deal with TNA and will be returning to TV soon.
