– In a recent interview with World Wrestling Insanity, Bull Buchanan claims that the original plan for the WCW/WWF angle was for Vince and Jim Ross to have a blow-up on the air, resulting in Ross purchasing WCW. He also said that the locker room attitude changed as soon as there was no longer any competition, and that his recent dark match with Henry Godwinn was one of his worst ever. He was asked to do the match the night before while visiting his friend Umaga at RAW.
– Stampede star TJ Wilson, Jim’s daughter Nattie Neidhart and Afa the Wild Samoan’s son Afa Jr. were sent to Deep South Wrestling to train and be evaluated for potential WWE deals. It’s been expected that it was only a matter of time before TJ and Nattie were signed.
