Matt Hardy vs. Gregory Helms
Tie-ups and tosses around to start. Matt going up to the 2nd rope, Helms goes up and leg sweeps him down. Matt fights back, slugs Helms, and then nails a body slam. Matt up to the 2nd rope, nails a leg drop. Matt goes for a ToF, but Helms reverses it into reverse DDT. He then hits the same move 2 more times. Helms calls for the top, and comes down right into Matt’s fist. Matt hits a Side Effect, then big slam. Matt goes for a moonsault, but Helms gets his knees up. Helms with a back body drop, then follows it with a Shinning Wizard. Helms sets Matt up on the top rope, and they brawl on the top. Helms crotches Hardy on the top rope, then leaps over and hits another Shinning Wizard. Helms comes off the ropes, but Matt kicks him in the gut, then nails the Twist of Fate for the pin.
Winner – Matt Hardy

The King is not happy, and Sir Regal comes in. Booker says that his services are required more then ever. Booker wants Regal to convince Finlay to be his ally, not enemies. Regal says that he will not let Booker down.

Paul London & Brian Kendrick (w/ Ashley) (c) vs. KC James & Idol Stevens (w/ Michelle McCool) – WWE Tag Team Champions
Idol starts with Kendrick. Plenty of action to start. Stevens & James are on the outside, and both Kendrick and London leap down on them. Now James & Stevens are working over London big time. Spanky finally gets the hot tag, and hits a big time Roundhouse DDT. Ashley and Michelle start cat fighting, Spanky nails a launching double drop kick, Idol goes to the outside, Spanky hits the Slice Bread #2 on KC, then London launches himself off of Spanky who is on all fours, and dropping on KC with a Shooting Star Press! Spanky then nails the pin.
Winners – Hooliganz

Regal runs into Vito while looking for Finlay. Vito is jumping rope in a dress, and Regal tries to show Vito how it’s done. Vito then wipes the sweet off his head with his dress, showing off his crotch. Regal gets scared, and runs right into a cart full of mustard & ketchup, and flops around in it.

Theodore Long is in the ring, with a giant present. It’s The Miz’s birthday. Leyla El comes out and starts dancing for him. The Miz gets a blindfold put on him, and the fat male stripper comes out of the giant present, and dances on Miz. Miz freaks out.

MVP comes out and over hypes himself.

MVP vs. Matt Gardner
MVP slaps Gardner, and dominates a quick match. His finisher was a Rocker Dropper into a neckbreaker, the move that Elix Skipper uses, Play of the Day.
Winner – MVP

Regal comes out of the shower, and puts on his towel, however you can see his penis. He sees Vito naked, and asks if Vito’s father was a donkey. Regal runs out of the locker room, holding his towel to his crotch. Long stops him, and is putting Regal in a match later tonight.

Ken Kennedy vs. The Undertaker
Undertaker charges with a boot right away, but Kennedy ducks it. Kennedy runs UT in corner, charges him and UT dodges it, Kennedy hits the ropes and gets a boot. They fight on the floor, and UT slams Kennedy’s fist into the ringsteps. UT then slams Kennedy’s shoulder into the ringpost. Back in the ring, UT goes for Old School, but Kennedy pulls him right back down hard. Kennedy is now beating down UT. Kennedy removes the turnbuckle bad. UT now fights back. UT puts Kennedy in the corner and goes for a charging boot, but Kennedy misses, and brings UT to the outside. Kennedy slams UT’s face into the wall, and then runs off the apron leaping on UT, but UT catches him, and runs him into the ringpost. UT rolls Kennedy back in the ring, and as UT is getting back in, Kennedy catches UT in a DDT for 2. Kennedy beats UT down in the corner, and does a washboard boot across UT’s face for 2. UT slugs back, sends Kennedy to the outside, and hits a leg drop on the apron. They both slowly get back in the ring, and Kennedy kicks UT in the gut, and hits a pull up Pile Driver for 2!! Kennedy keeps UT down, then sends him off the ropes, but UT nails a diving clothesline. UT then with snake eyes, then a huge boot for 2. UT tries a Choke Slam, but Kennedy holds onto the ref, then nails a neckbreaker for 2. Kennedy goes for an enzaguri, but UT ducks it, and hits a Choke Slam, then picks up Kennedy for a Last Ride, but Kennedy slides out and runs UT’s head into the exposed turnbuckle, then follows it up with a Kenton Bomb for 2. UT sits up, and Kennedy gets the US belt. The ref takes it away, and UT slugs Kennedy. UT takes the US belt from the ref, and nails Kennedy out of frustration.
Winner via DQ – Kennedy

UT hits Tombstones on both Kennedy and the ref.

Recap of Rey/Chavo.

Chavo Guerrero (w/ Vickie Guerrero) vs. Rey Mysterio – Falls Count Anywhere
They brawl to start. Mysterio goes to the top rope quickly, but Chavo goes up too and they fight on the top turnbuckle. Chavo looks to powerbomb Rey off the top rope, but Rey fights back and they both hit each other with a big punch and both fall to the floor. They fight up the walkway, and Chavo slams Mysterio right into the retaining wall. They continue up the walkway, and fight on the stage. Chavo goes to powerbomb Rey into the steel girder part of the stage, but Rey grabs on, and leg scissors Chavo down on the steel stage for 2. They brawl over to the side of the stage, and Chavo runs Rey into the hockey boards along the outside. Chavo then drops Mysterio in a Gory Bomb on the hockey boards. Chavo goes to whip Mysterio into a guard rail, but Mysterio reverses it and sends Chavo over the railing into the crowd. Mysterio goes for a bulldog, but Chavo grabs him in a wheelbarrow, and slaps Mysterio’s head into the hockey boards. They fight over the boards, then up into the stands. Chavo is beating down Mysterio, but Mysterio stomps him back down and back over the hockey boards to the floor. Mysterio runs off the boards and nails a seated Senton. Mysterio charges at Chavo, but Chavo DRILLS Mysterio with a clothesline and he goes down hard. Chavo continues to beat Mysterio down, and then tosses him into the railings at the side of the bleachers. Chavo charges at him, but Mysterio puts both boots up, and uses the side of the bleachers to hit a 619, then tosses Chavo into the boards. Mysterio goes up the bleachers and leaps off the side in a crossbody for the pinfall.
Winner – Mysterio

Mysterio continues to beat down Chavo. The ref pulls him off, and Mysterio turns back to attack more, but Vickie is over Chavo, and Mysterio backs off.

Sir William Regal vs. CHRIS BENOIT!!!!
Benoit is Regal’s mystery opponent!! Looks like we will be treated to a Regal/Benoit technical fest. These two go back and forth with submission and technical moves. They go back and forth with chops and punches, then Benoit hits a German, goes for a second, but Regal blocks it. Benoit lays in some brutal headbutts, hits another German, then hits the swan dive headbutt for 2. Regal is busted open now. Regal is on the apron, and Benoit grabs him and tries to German Regal off the ring into the announce table. Regal blocks it, and DDT’s Benoit down on the apron. Regal rolls Benoit back in the ring, and gets a 2 count. Regal locks on an abdominal stretch. Benoit fights out, and starts to chop Regal ON HIS HEAD, where Regal is busted open. Regal with a couple of suplex throws, then a Bruiser Brody knee drop for 2. Regal tries to lock Benoit in the Regal Stretch, but Benoit pulls Regal through, and locks on an armbar. Regal gets the ropes, and KO’s Benoit. Regal looks to be going for a surfboard, but Regal only sits up, and then locks on a Dragon Sleeper! Regal goes for a Single Nelson Suplex, but Benoit reverses it into a German, and Regal tries to fight off the Crossface, but Benoit finally locks it on and Regal taps right away.
Winner – Benoit

Booker confronts Regal, asking if he made sure Finlay knows what’s what. Regal says no, and that he had to have his match. Finlay walks up, and says that he came to fight, and take the World Title. Finlay walks away, and Booker blames Regal for it. Regal then slugs the King.

Lashley is getting ready backstage, and Batista walks in. Batista reminds Lashley that the name of the PPV is No Mercy.

King Booker (w/ Queen Sharmell) (c) vs. Finlay vs. Batista vs. Bobby Lashley – World Title
We have a match here with one fall to a finish. Lashley and Batista double team Booker to start. Finlay comes in and saves Booker, and now Booker and Finlay are double teaming Batista. Lashley makes the save and nails Booker with a huge spinebuster for 2. Lashley runs Booker off the ropes, but Finlay pulls Booker to the outside. They both dodge a baseball slide by Lashley, and double clothesline him on the floor. Booker and Finlay double team Batista some more, then Finlay finally turns on Booker and levels him. Finlay attempts a pin, but Batista makes the save, and Finlay with an armbar holds down Batista. Batista gets up, and Fireman’s Carry Finlay, but Finlay holds on to the armbar, and Lashley makes the save. Lash and Finlay fall the floor. Batista and Book single out, and Booker nails a savant kick for 2. Batista fights back, nails a sidewalk slam for 2. Lashley back in, tosses out both Booker and Batista. Finlay goes after Lashley, but Lashley military presses Finlay into a gut buster, and lines up for a spear. Little Bastard crotches Lashley, and Finlay nails Lash with the Shillelagh, but Batista breaks up the pinfall. Batista and Lashley face off and Batista nails Lashley with a spear. Booker comes in and nails a Book End on Lashley for 2. Booker lines-up for a Scissors Kick, but Finlay nails Booker with a clothesline. Batista gets in, and nails all 3 with spinebusters. Batista nails Demon Bomb on Finlay, but Lashley Spears Batista through the ropes, and Booker pins the KO’d Finlay for the win.
Winner – Booker
