A new character named Richard Sullins, who is an Internal Affairs agent, is introduced. He is the new adversary to Agent Mahone. Sullins gets put on the convicts trail. Mahone is not pleased to see Sullins arrive, especially since he had to be pulled away from the manhunt to meet Sullins. Sullins asks Mahone tons of questions about the deaths of Tweener and Abruzzi.
Sara is on the run from a Reynolds thug, and finally sees that the conspiracy is trying to make history repeat itself.
Meanwhile, Lincoln watches LJ get released from lockup in Arizona. But Kellerman is hot on Lincoln’s trail and looking to capture him.
