Oh those unlucky Hawks. In what appeared to be a breakout year for Williams and the Hawks, it appears as though it will have to wait awhile.
Williams apparently broke his hand during practice while attempting to swat the ball out of a teammate’s hand.
No doubt this will hurt the team a bit as either Sheldon Williams will be asked to play PF (with Josh Smith dropping down to SF), or Joe Johnson will move UP to SF (with Josh Childress moving in at SG).
For you fantasy folks out there, obviously this should drop Marvin’s value dramatically. It should, however, raise the value of Josh Smith, Joe Johnson, and whoever moves into the starting lineup.
