So the very newly married Lorelai and Christopher invite Rory over for dinner (and snails) to tell her the big news. Back in Stars Hollow, Luke is faced with a medical emergency while taking care of April. He immediately calls Lorelai, which sets up a shocking scene at the hospital. Meanwhile, the oblivious Christopher is busy planning major changes for the house. Gigi’s moving in with Rory, and big-screen plasma televisions in every room. Is it just me, or does Lorelai appear to be hyperventilating whenever she’s home with him?

A lot of emotions, running all over the place, in this episode. Can anyone really say they know what Lorelai (or Rory for that matter) is feeling at this point?

Next week: Lorelai attempts to get Sookie & Jackson on board with Christopher. And when are the Gilmore’s Senior going to be brought up to speed?
