TV Babies: Prison Break, Episode 2-13

Shows

Who says you can’t go home again? Don’t tell Michael, Lincoln, T-Bag or Bellick that – as they’re all heading back to familiar places and/or faces…

When we last left Michael & Lincoln, they were sitting ducks for Mahone. Leave it to Border Patrol to save the day, and Mahone has no choice but to follow their orders. Far different orders are coming from Mr. Kim, who can’t afford the brothers return to Fox River. He wants Mahone to finish them off now. At the same time, Kellerman has somehow put himself back in the game. And Kim wants Mahone to finish him off as well…

T-Bag continues to “impress”: using his personable skills to secure a prosthetic hand from a surly military vet, and a forwarding address from a female postal worker with extremely low self-esteem. The scene with the postal worker lying lifeless on the floor after sharing an intimate moment with T-Bag qualifies as yet another beyond disturbing T-Bag moment.

Bellick is heading back home to Fox River himself. He mistakingly assumes he’ll get preferential treatment; unaware there’s a new sheriff…I mean warden in town. And guess who’s going to be made an example of? Bellick, you remember Avocado…

Sara and Sucre are mere bit solo players in this chapter. But it’s important to note that Sucre survives his “leap of faith” from the abandoned escape plane, and Sara’s ditching her Tancredi identity. Couldn’t she have given herself more than a trim, though? She looked like a twin.

The Killing Box concludes almost where it began – with Michael & Lincoln, having conveniently escaped their return trip to Fox River, standing between Mahone and Kellerman this time. And its Kellerman who takes Mahone down first. Who knows if Mahone intended the same. So, just as I feared, I’m expected to root for Kellerman. Not gonna happen…

Future nagging questions:
What will happen when Kellerman brings the brothers to Terrence Steadman?
What in the hell is C-Note supposed to do with his wife in the slammer and his sick daughter?
Can Bellick survive life on the other side?
Now that T-Bag’s reunited (and it feels so good), what are his intentions for his ex?
What’s up with the Note-Scribbling Man

See you January 22nd…Happy New Year!
