In addition, the drama Raines has been tentatively scheduled for 9pm Fridays sometime in the spring, and The Black Donnellys is scheduled for 10pm Mondays in the spring.

Sunday is rather interesting. NBC seems to have low expectations for The Apprentice, slotting it against Desperate Housewives and Cold Case. I mean, sure, Housewives is an insanely overrated show and Cold Case is really just another procedural (but with a twist), but they garner solid ratings for their networks. And people love Grease, but this seems like it’ll be about as bad as that Partridge Family reality show from a couple of years back. Combine that with what should be (if the rumours are true) a very strong season of The Amazing Race and the continuing inexplicable popularity of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition (man, did Ty leave Trading Spaces at the right time or what?), and we could be looking at a quick exit for Grease.

Meanwhile, as you may have just discovered, The Nine has been put on hiatus. I’m not sure whether this reflects more on not having Lost as a lead-in or the overall quality of the show. Personally I watched one episode and found myself rather indifferent.

And over at CBS, medical drama 3 LBS. has been pulled from the schedule. Apparently, you weren’t the only one not watching it. I do have to say though, it’s kind of sad when you’re creating a copy of a FOX show, even if it is a good one like House.
