For thousands of years, many people have searched for the tomb in which Jesus Christ was buried after his crucifixion. Christ was nailed to the cross, suffered, and died for the sins of all people. As the Bible says he was buried in a tomb and then rose again three days later to ascend into Heaven to sit beside his Father.

Are the stories of the Bible real? Are they simply fabrications that are nothing more than fables passed down from generation to generation? All people believe what they want to believe and that’s just the way it is. But to those who believe the Bible as truth, they always seek to find the mysteries that remain unsolved.

Titanic director James Cameron claims to have found the tomb of Jesus Christ in what is now suburban Jerusalem.

Cameron, biblical film documentarian Simcha Jacobovici, and many expert consultants gathered at the New York Public Library to not only publicize Jacobovici’s The Jesus Family Tomb, which will air on the Discovery Channel this Sunday. But they were also there to show a bit of their findings. Two bone boxes or coffins lay on the table in front of them. Cameron claims that inside are the remains of both Jesus Christ and Mary Magdalene.

“I’m not a biblical scholar, but it seemed pretty darned compelling.” He added, “I said, this is the biggest archaeology story of the century. And I still believe that to be true.”
