As it seems there are a lot of tight-fisted moneybags out there, it’s probably only a matter of time before someone goes ballistic over copyright infringement. Which is a shame, because I’m sure neither the Spongebob nor the Maiden camps realize how much of these crowds really do cross over. Metalheads like weird cartoons, and weird cartoon fans dig a lot of metal.
In the meantime, this may be one of the most bizarre concepts in the history of the universe. It would be wonderful if this led to a gallery of Megadeth’s Vic as a South Park character, but this wistful little metalhead can only cross fingers.
