MTV’s ROAD RULES 2007: VIEWER’S REVENGE MOVES TO A BRAND NEW NIGHT
WEDNESDAY, MARCH 7TH AT 10:30PM ET/PT FOLLOWING THE REAL WORLD: DENVER AT 10:00PM ET/PT
THIS TIME THE VIEWERS ARE MAKING THE ELIMATIONS

New York, NY March 5, 2007 MTV: Music Television announced today that Road Rules 2007: Viewer’s Revenge moves to a new night on Wednesday March, 7th at 10:30pm ET/PT. The new season kicked-off with six Road Rules veterans in an RV tackling a series of adventures and competitions each week but for the first time ever, the audience is in control of the game. With a real-time shoot schedule, viewers rule this new season as they call the shots to determine who ends up in the elimination round at the end of each episode and who replaces the loser. Road Rules follows MTV’s hit reality series The Real World: Denver
which airs at 10:00pm ET/PT.

The new season continues as the cast endures some of the most grueling challenges ever. During the season they’ve bungee jumped in a car over water, gone on a swift water rescue while being swept away in the rapids and more. The cast members will continue to nominate another cast member for possible elimination at the end of each mission. Viewers can then log on to http://roadrules.mtv.com where they vote which of the two will enter the elimination round against a replacement cast member, also selected by fans on MTV.com from a roster of possible competitors. With the match up in place, the elimination round is then played out for fans to see only on MTV.com. After each mission, the cast enters blogs, interviews and personal video diaries on http://roadrules.mtv.com and MTV Mobile. Once the elimination is over, the cast takes off on another mission for several days before returning to home base.

I'm not embarrassed to say that my favorite television show of all-time is The O.C. I live by the motto "you can't fight fate!" More importantly, I watch WAY too much television, but I do so for the benefit of everyone reading this now. So to my mom and my wife, I say thanks for reading! To everyone else that might stumble across this, remember TiVo should be your best friend!
