Another WWE Hall of Famer Passes Away

News

According to WWE.com, WWE Hall of Famer “Golden Boy” Arnold Skaaland died yesterday at the age of 82. The former WWWF United States Tag Team Champion and manager to former World Heavyweight Champs Bruno Sammartino and Bob Backlund (he’s the man who threw in the towel for Backlund when the champ lost the belt to the Iron Shiek in 1983) died with his wife Betty by his side. Arnold booked events for the WWWF in Westchester and was a stockholder Vince McMahon, Sr.’s Capitol Wrestling Corporation.

Our condolences go out to the Betty Skaaland and all of the Golden Boy’s family and friends.
