A 22-year-old college student in Muncie, Ind., has filed a civil lawsuit against LaToya Jackson, Jack Osbourne and the producers of the reality television show Armed & Famous—on which both professional family members are cast members—after her home was mistakenly raided and she was handcuffed.

Lyndsay Clements told city officials that she would be planning to “[hold] liable all those associated with filming and airing the show.” According to her claim, she was watching television in the front room of her apartment around 12:30 a.m. when she was startled by a banging on her door. When she failed to open the door promptly, local SWAT officers stormed in—using a key supplied by the landlord—and handcuffed her.

The officers searched the apartment, and asked Clements about the whereabouts of two people whom she did not know. After she vehemently denied that she had done anything illegal and did not know who they were looking for, she said she was taken outside the apartment building and questioned by Osbourne and Jackson. Osbourne asked her why she had not opened the door more quickly, and she responded by asking him why he had to go and ruin OzzFest by signing a bunch of shitty hardcore bands. It was around that time that Osbourne ran off to snort some coke and the police realized that they had entered the wrong apartment. Stupid Jack Osbourne.
