Episode 3.20: Gossip
Airdate: April 29, 2007

Gaby and Edie square off over Carlos. Meanwhile, Ian and Mike battle over Susan, who fights with a stranger.

Gaby’s engagement party is the background for an unexpected announcement, the neighborhood is full of gossip about the dead body found in a Wisteria Lane home, and Susan decides between Ian and Mike.

News that the woman may be a killer (or a witch as someone will paint on her house) travels fast around the neighborhood. But really Ms. McCluskey came home from vacation to find her husband dead on the couch. Since it was 2 a.m., she decided to wait until morning to notify anyone. However, when she went through his desk she found his will where it said she was NOT the beneficiary but that instead his first wife (who he has been married with for only 2 years) would get everything. It seems that her husband forgot to update his will. In the hope to get some money (by cashing his checks), McCluskey decides to stuck him in the freezer and not report his death as she would be left with nothing.

Susan gets in an argument with Roger, a man in his 30s, over a parking space. Things will turn rather ugly and a mall security guard will get involved. This situation will have Susan meet with a therapist later on. Along with talking about the parking space incident, Susan will tell her therapist about Ian and Mike playing poker for her. When meeting with a therapist, Susan claims that she is done with both men. Her therapist, Dr. Bowde, quickly has her admit she still loves both and needs to choose one.

Guest starring are Dougray Scott as Ian Hainsworth, Jake Cherry as Travers McLain, Jason Gedrick as Rick Coletti, Kathryn Joosten as Mrs. McCluskey, Judyann Elder as Dr. Brody, Ben Parrillo as Roger, Assante Jones as mall security guard, Kylie Sparks as Kim, Rachel Winfree as gossipy woman #1, Dierdre Holder as gossipy woman #2, Pat Crawford Brown as Ida Greenberg, Stacey Travis as Jordana Geist, Trevor Gagnon as Freddy, Billy Unger as Chad, Noah Matthews as little boy, Josh Reaves as little boy, John Bobek as Tucker, Colton Shires as boy #1, Kurt Doss as boy #2 and Julian Sylvester as snake handler.

Sir Linksalot: Desperate Housewives

I'm not embarrassed to say that my favorite television show of all-time is The O.C. I live by the motto "you can't fight fate!" More importantly, I watch WAY too much television, but I do so for the benefit of everyone reading this now. So to my mom and my wife, I say thanks for reading! To everyone else that might stumble across this, remember TiVo should be your best friend!
