Randy Orton & WWE German Tour Info

News

The 30th April Wrestling Observer says Randy Orton is not going to be suspended or fired but will be demoted “as far as visibility as a top star is concerned.” Trashing the hotel room in Germany was the latest incident but there have been many minor ones over the past month. The perception is that Orton has emotional issues with women and with the wrestling business and not getting put over. He seemed to realise lately that the company, and Triple H in particular, had lost confidence in him being the next top guy.

Some details from the German house shows, courtesy of Dave Meltzer’s Wrestling Observer

– In Oberhausen on the 21st April, Todd Grisham introduced Snitsky as “Kevin Thorn.”

– In Bremen on the 22nd April, John Cena got the ECW treatment from the crowd as they kept throwing his T-shirt back into the ring after he threw it to the fans.

– At the same show, after his match, Ric Flair got on the mic, said it was Cena’s birthday (his 30th) and invited all the women in the crowd to the Bremen Hilton to celebrate.
