Dicaprio To Narrate Film On Global Warming

Warner Independent Pictures (WIP) has grabbed the domestic distribution rights to the Leonardo Dicaprio narrated documentary “The 11th Hour.” Leila Conners Petersen and Nadia Conners directed the film as well as wrote it with Dicaprio.

The documentary takes a look inside all the aspects of global warming and the consequences that can come from it. It documents what humans must organize together and do ecologically before it is too late. A great number of renowned scientists, thinkers, and world leaders are interviewed in the film including Stephen Hawking and Mikhail Gorbachev.

The documentary is seen as a “compelling exploration of not only the critical importance of climate change but also the myriad global challenges that we face today,” by Sue Kroll and Veronika Kwan-Rubinek. Kroll is the prexy of marketing for Warner Bros. International and Kwan-Rubinek is the prexy os dfistribution.

The film will be shown at the Cannes Film Festival later this month and a further release date given shortly after.
