Warrior & The Iron Shiek Walk Into a Room…

News

Mike Johnson at Pro Wrestling Insider is reporting a funny story: there was a sports convention yesterday in Edison, NJ, that featured several pro wrestlers signing autographs, including Bruno Sammartino, Hulk Hogan, The Ultimate Warrior and The Iron Sheik. Apparently, The Iron Shiek approached Warrior while he was signing autographs (Shiek was with Eric Simms, who booked him for the show), and Warrior demanded he leave. He claimed that Sheik said negative things about him in the past, and of course this led to Sheik getting upset, acting like he was going to go after Warrior, and slapping Simms when he tried to calm the former WWF Champion down. Security was called, but Sheik went back to his signing area. Also from the show, Warrior reportedly said hello to Bruno but not Hogan.
