Disney's Gemini Man Finds A Writer

Walt Disney Pictures has found a writer for a script to a project that’s been up in the air since 1997. David Benioff (Stay, Wolverine) will be doing a complte re-working of the story and earning a $2 million fee for his script.

Gemini Man tells the story of a hitman who is long past his prime. He finds himself being replaced, but by a younger clone of himself and he will do whatever he can to prove that the original is better.

Jerry Bruckheimer is set to produce the film along with Mike Stenson, Chad Oman, and Angry Films’ Don Murphy. Jason Reed will act as the creative executive for Disney.
