For those of you who haven’t read it yet, Joe Lauzon (one of Team Penn’s lightweights) has been blogging on each episode of The Ultimate Fighter for the Boston Herald, his hometown paper.
Lauzon’s a clever and observant guy with good writing skills, and as such, his blogs provide an interesting perspective into what was happening on and off-camera. This week, he discusses his preparation for his fight, along with what was going through his mind during and after the fight.

Similarly, Jens Pulver’s also been blogging on each episode for Inside Fighting: in this week’s post, he offers his opinions on Lauzon’s win and Corey Hill’s first professional fight. He also takes time to clarify some things about the nature of his rivalry with BJ Penn: “There’s not so much hate, I think–it’s more that we’ve had to talk so much about each other that it just makes it that I can’t wait to fight him.”
