Shawn Michaels Surgery Successful

News

Shawn Michaels had successful knee surgery yesterday, and is expected to be out of action until late summer.

According to PWTorch.com’s Wade Keller, he won’t be able to put weight on his knee for one or two months, after which time he can get going with rehab.

He’s been injured for a while, but the knee was aggravated on last week’s RAW landing awkwardly. He realized at weekend house shows that it was time for surgery he’d been putting off for months.

WWE.com continues to kayfabe the injury as related to multiple concussions.

We wish Shawn a full and speedy recovery, and will have updates as they are available.
