One of Lionsgate’s next films Bachelor No. 2 now has its leading lady to star opposite Dane Cook.
Kate Hudson will star in the romantic comedy which is being directed by Howard Deutch and written by Jordan B. Cahan. The film will be shot in Boston and begin lensing in August.
Bachelor No. 2 tells the story of a man (Cook) who is hired by men that have been dumped. He goes out with their ex-girlfriends and shows them a horrible time convincing the women that dating isn’t for them and they return to their boyfriends. But the problems start up for the man when he is hired to take out the ex-girlfriend of his best friend.
The film most likely is aiming for a release in mid to late next year.
