Actor Tom Sizemore, 45, was sentenced Monday to 16 months in prison for violating his probation in a drug possession case. Sizemore returns to court Tuesday to see if time spent in drug rehab clinics will count as time served.
Sizemore was arrested outside a California hotel on May 8 on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine. He was given three years’ probation. Last week he admitted that he violated his probation on the previous felony conviction.
He pleased with the Los Angeles Superior Court for them to go lenient on him. “If you would please just give me one more chance for myself,” Sizemore tearfully begged the court.
Sizemore has been seen in Black Hawk Down, Enemy Of The State, and Saving Private Ryan.
