Sean Sherk defeated Hermes Franca via unanimous decision (50-45, 50-45, 49-46). Sherk retains the Lightweight championship.
Tito Ortiz vs. Rashad Evans was declared a unanimous draw, 28-28. Ortiz was deducted one point in the second round by official John McCarthy for holding the cage, after being given a verbal warning.
Anderson Silva defeated Nathan Marquardt via TKO (strikes) at 4:57, R1. Silva retains the Middleweight championship.
Kenny Florian defeated Alvin Robinson by TKO (strikes) at 4:30, R1. This bout was expected to begin the evening, but oddly followed the main event.
