Psych 9 tells the story of a young woman named Roslyn (Sara Foster) who is rather unstable. One night while working alone in a psychiatric hospital, she witnesses a string of events that may be connected to different murders. The only problem is that she must now try to remember her own past in order to stop from becoming the next victim.

Along with Foster, the film stars Cary Elwes, Michael Biehn, Gabriel Mann, and Colleen Camp.
