WrestlingObserver.com is reporting that Monday’s show got a 2.5 cable rating (ouch) and averaged 3.4 million viewers, down 26% from last week, and with some of the lowest numbers in key demographics in approximately a decade.

According to PWInsider.com, both WWE and USA Network are concerned about the recent ratings slump.

In other ratings news, the July 27, 2007, edition of Smackdown did a 2.6 broadcast rating (5.1 share) according to Nielsen Media Research by way of PWInsider.com. The July 21 AM RAW did a 0.5 cable rating (2.3 share), also according to Nielsen and PWInsider.
