Following are Smackdown spoilers from last night’s taping in Phoenix, AZ, based on online reports including those on PWInsider and WrestlingObserver.com…

– In a dark match, a wrestler named Unknown Wrestler beat Chavo Guerrero. Yes, “Unknown Wrestler” with an unknown weight and hometown.

– After ECW aired live, Teddy Long and Kristal announce that their wedding will take place on September 21, the season premiere of Smackdown. Khali comes out with Singh, Kristal is scared, and Teddy books Khali vs. Batista for Summerslam.

– Kane beat Chris Masters

– A Chuck Palumbo promo video is shown

– Mark Henry beat Nate Nickerson, after which Henry says no one will accept a match with him because (shows video) he beat down Undertaker a few months ago.

– They show a promo for the (maybe?) about-to-debut Jesse and Festus.

– Deuce is backstage looking for Cherry, who was in Batista’s locker room. Batista, then Flair, come out of the locker room smiling.

– Rey Mysterio will return at Summerslam.

– Vickie and Kristal are looking at honeymoon magazines, but Chavo interrupts and says he will hurt Rey’s other leg when he returns. Vickie books Chavo vs. Rey for Summerslam.

– Matt Hardy beat MVP in an arm wrestling contest, but MVP “wasn’t ready” so he challenges Matt to a match.

– Matt Hardy beat Porter via countout.

– Shannon Moore and Funaki make fun of Jamie Noble for losing to Hornswaggle, who is watching from a trashcan.

– Jamie Noble beat Shannon Moore, after which Hornswaggle throws a pie into Noble’s face and sprays him with a fire extinguisher.

– A second Chuck Palumbo promo video is shown

– Jimmy Wang Yang (w/Torrie) beat Kenny Dykstra (w/Victoria) after a moonsault block.

– A Michelle McCool promo is shown.

– Batista & Ric Flair beat Deuce & Domino via DQ. Khali took out Flair and The Untouchables beat down Batista.

– In a post-show dark match, Khali beat Batista via DQ after Flair hit the World Heavyweight Champion with a chair.
