SLAM! Wrestling has posted an interview with recently-released WWE Superstar Rene Dupre, who according to the article, will be going to Japan’s Hustle promotion later this month. In the interview, Dupre says, “I was at the point I wanted to do something else … I have nothing negative to say about them at all” and this was a “personal decision.” The article mentions that Dupre was recently suspended for violating WWE’s Wellness Program, but Dupre told SLAM!’s Richard Kamchen that had nothing to do with his release.
