Inside Pulse has exclusively learned that Pop sensation Mika has pulled out of his scheduled appearance on Canadian Idol. Slated to workship with the Final 4 contestants for the August 27 and perform on August 28, the singer has been under the weather recently, suffering from ear, nose and throat infections. Mika was also scheduled to perform at the British V Festival before arriving in Canada.
Mika’s replacement will be announced by CTV on Tuesday.
