Everyone is on the indie scene now, so the Toolman decided to join in on the action.
Tim Allen is set to star in the title role of the indie comedy, The Six Wives Of Henry Lefay set to shoot in Connecticut next month. The film also stars Elisha Cuthbert, Andie McDowell, Kelli Garner, Paz Vega, and S. Epatha Merkerson. Howard Gould wrote the script and will make his debut as a director on it as well.
Allen will play the role of a flashy salesman who goes missing during a skydiving expedition and everyone presumes him to be dead. His daughter (Cuthbert) returns home to bury him and finds her father’s current wife and his five ex’s fighting over who gets to bury him.
There is no set release date yet, but as filming begins next month, one can estimate a release of sometime middle to late next year.
