According to this AP story, the Tennessee Titans got a favorable ruling from Chancery Court Judge Robert E. Lee Davies today. An excerpt from the story:

“Mr. Jones is hereby restrained from providing any ‘wrestling’ or ‘performing services’ to TNA … including but not limited to the TNA “Hard Justice” pay-per-view event … for as long as this restraining order is in effect,” Davies ruled.

The injunction strictly bars Jones from participating in any TNA event, as a “wrestler, spectator, announcer, participant or otherwise … “

WrestlingObserver.com’s Dave Meltzer reported earlier today that the Titans “are scheduled to meet with Jeff Jarrett tonight on terms of some form of a compromise.” Meltzer also says that “tons of” press have asked to be credentialed for the PPV. We’ll have more on this story as it is available.

In other news, iMPACT! last night did a 0.99 cable rating, according to Nielsen Media Research by way of PWTorch.com.

Also, here’s a spoiler for Hard Justice (highlight the following text): Ron Killings will be at the PPV, according to Meltzer.
