PWInsider has reported that Evander Holyfield is backstage at Madison Square Garden, where RAW and Saturday Night’s Main Event are being taped tonight.
Also backstage according to PWInsider are D’Lo Brown and Mick Foley. We also reported over the weekend that the Iron Shiek is expected to be there, and WrestlingObserver.com has noted that Nikolai Volkoff is as well, so it looks like WWE’s looking to have a star-studded return to the World’s Most Famous Arena.
Another note: according to PWInsider, USA Network President Bonnie Hammer has asked WWE to bring back some big names that were regular attractions in the past in order to help RAW’s ratings. Foley and the McMahon family were on that list.
