According to local Laconia, NH, paper The Citizen, George “John Kronus” Caiazzo had a significantly enlarged heart at the time of his death. This is according to a report from state medical examiner Dr. Jennie Duval. The article says that “such a condition can be caused by a number of health complications, ranging from high blood pressure to a genetic problem.” Also according to the story, Dr. Duval hasn’t yet seen any evidence indicating steroids or other drugs were a factor in the death. Toxicology tests should come in within six weeks. According to Kronus’ wife, he had a history of heart problems in his family, and she never saw him take steroids.
