Recap of Orton/Cena last night.

No opening or pyro. Orton comes right out. Orton says that he must be dreaming, because he had the match won last night, and no way Cena should be the Champion right now, and he wants a rematch. This brings out Cena, who stops to say Hi to his father who is sitting ringside. Cena basically calls Orton a crybaby, and said that he just couldn’t get the job done last night. Cena says that the past few weeks, Orton has been kicking his ass all over the place, making a statement…so he has a statement for Orton…’THE CHAMP IS HERE.’ Cena says that he is sure Orton will get another shot at the title, but he lost, and he goes down, and others move up. So, he says that there is someone who made his comeback, and he wants to make Cena vs. HHH tonight for the WWE Title! William Regal then comes out, and Cena wants him to make it happen. Regal says that neither Orton or HHH will face Cena tonight. Regal says that there is someone else who wants to forget about SummerSlam, and he will face Cena tonight…KING BOOKER! Booker comes out, and while Cena is distracted with him, Orton tries a blindside RKO…but Cena shoves him off, and Orton gets right out of the ring, and throws a hissy fit.

Mr. Kennedy vs. Jeff Hardy
Jeffykins (credit: Eric S) keeps one-uping Kennedy to start. Kennedy gets on the apron, Jeff dropkicks him to the floor, then hits a baseball slide, followed an over the top plancha on Kennedy. Both men on the floor, they cut to…

We come back, and Kennedy is on top of Jeff in a scissors lock. Kennedy keeps working on Jeff’s lower back, locking on a abdominal stretch, using the ropes for leverage. Jeff fires up, hits the whisper in the wind, then his fold up pin for 2. He the goes for a Swanton, but Kennedy puts his knees up! Jeff is out, and Umaga’s music plays. Umaga comes down, and Kennedy scoots out of the ring. Umaga gets in an stare down Kennedy, and then he superkicks Jeff has he is just standing up. Umaga puts Jeff in the corner, then the running ass-to-face, followed quickly by the Samoan Spike.
No Contest.

McMahon & Coach are walking backstage, and Coach wants to know what big announcement McMahon has for Carlito’s Cabana. Mr. Kennedy then strolls up, and McMahon said that he had an impressive showing in the ring tonight…and it’s smart to stay away from Umaga. Kennedy wished McMahon a Happy Belated B-Day. McMahon then asked Kennedy if he knew that ‘Kennedy’ was his middle name. Kennedy said he did, with a bit of a smirk. Kennedy power walks away…McMahon said the he walks funny, then power walks away himself.

Carlito’s Cabana
Carlito says that tonight’s Cabana will be the coolest in history. He then introduces his guest, Mr. McMahon. McMahon says that if the woman who is making the claims doesn’t reveal the identity of his son in the next 2 weeks, he will sue for emotional distress. He says that he will not be held down by this, and that everyone eventually answers to him. Carlito then agrees with him. This brings out HHH. His new shirt makes me want to watch Army of Darkness. HHH says that he did extensive research, and has found a bunch of woman who could be the mother of his bastard son. He then, game show style, brings out 3 women…and a transvestite, who has had relations with McMahon…including Carlito’s sister. He does give a bit of backround on each. McMahon flips out on HHH, and says that he wish HHH never came back, and Vince walked away. Carlito gets in HHH’s face, and spits apple at him. HHH laughs it off, then hits a spinebuster then Pedigree.

World’s Greatest Tag Team & Daivari vs. Cody Rhodes, Paul London, & Brian Kendrick
Shelton Benjamin dyed his hair blonde…it looks worse then Mysterio’s body paint. Heels beat down Kendrick for a while, but Rhodes finally gets the tag, and is all over Daivari. Kendrick & London knock WGTT out of the ring, and then dives on them. Cody then hits a top rope crossbody on Daivari for the pin.
Winners – Kendrick, London, & Rhodes

Daivari is still in the ring, and is on a tirade, yelling in Farsi. Cryme Tyme comes out, and tells Daivari that they have no idea what he’s saying. They jump him, and steal his headdress, and then auctions it off for $5. Cade & Murdoch comes down, and they want Cryme Tyme in the ring. Cade does his flip out, tossing his hat and his chaps. Cryme Tyme goes to get in the ring, but they see Cade’s hat, and then they take it and hop the wall into the crowd. Shad says that normally they’d sell it, but tonight he’s going to give it away, and he tosses it about 10 rows away.

Coach & McMahon in his office. McMahon says that he has never been so embarrassed before. Orton storms in, and demands another WWE Title match. McMahon says that Orton is a stellar athlete, but he lost, and no, he will not get another title shot…unless he does something to really prove himself.

Maria warming up backstage for her match…you can tell she’s been learning a few things from CM.

Recap of the Diva Battle Royal last night.

Maria comes down to the ring for her match with The Glamazon, Beth Phoenix, but Phoenix jumps her from behind, and destroys her. Phoenix hits a Fisherman’s Buster! The ref kicks Phoenix out of the ring, and the match never officially starts.

Todd with Candice. Todd wants to know how Candice feels about Phoenix. Candice says that she isn’t intimidated, and will take on any challenge. Snitsky walks in, and says that it’s a challenge to know when he is down causing pain, because pain is his pleasure.

McMahon & Coach think that they’ll find out the identity well before the 2 week deadline he set. Regal comes in and tells them that Shane, Stephanie, and Linda McMahon will all be at Raw next week…with their attorney’s.

King Booker (w/ Queen Sharmell) vs. John Cena
Match starts off pretty fast paced, with Cena gaining most of the advantage. Booker falls to the outside, and they cut to…

We come back, and Booker as established control in the match. Cena reverses Booker, and sends him to the corner, but Booker dodges Cena’s charge, and gets a roundhouse kick from Booker. The crowd breaks into ‘Let’s Go Cena…Let’s Go Booker’ chants! Booker gets a boot up in Cena’s head, and JR & King are selling up Cena’s head injury from SNME. Booker misses a scissors kick, Cena with a shoulderblock knocks down Booker. Cena pounds Booker in the corner, and Orton comes out, jumps Cena. Orton hits the C+. Booker then nails the Scissors Kick. Booker then lets Orton have Cena for himself. Orton stalks Cena…and seemingly waiting to punt Cena in the head, but as Orton charges for it…but holds up, slides out of the ring, grabs Cena’s father, tosses him over the wall…and then punts him in the head!!
