Sonny Siaki issued this statement, according to PWInsider:
I have been dealing with some personal issues that I’m currently having at home for the last 7 to 8 months, which led to me getting released from WWE. My focus right now is my family, not wrestling. I wish WWE the best. Thank you and God Bless.
PWInsider reported that someone in Siaki’s family has had health issues, which we of course hope get better soon.
Also from PWInsider, some sad news: Atlanta’s Channel 46 has reported that a fan died after falling from a walking ramp at the Phillips Arena, attending a WWE event (the ticket stub was found on him). Of course, his family is in our thoughts.
