If the SAVE_US.222 isn’t a teaser promo for the return to WWE of former Undisputed World Heavyweight Champion Chris Jericho, he’s probably getting a kick out of all the hype, and not doing anything to stop fans from guessing. In fact, he has posted the following in the news section of his Web site:
Sept 26 – I just signed on to do VH-1’s I Love The 60’s and will be shooting for two days in lovely NYC on Oct 29 and 30. The comedy never ends!
So where is WWE on those two days, you ask? On October 29, RAW comes live from Philadelphia, PA, and on October 30, ECW (live) and Smackdown (tapings) are from Long Island, NY. These are the first two shows following WWE’s Cyber Sunday, airing on pay-per-view from Washington, DC. Of course, NY, Philly, Long Island and DC are all within a couple of hours from each other…
Press that has picked up on the Jericho-returning-to-WWE rumors include the Baltimore Sun and the UK Sun, the latter running down a few “clues” from the SAVE_US.222 video that first aired on RAW this past Monday.
