This afternoon Bryan Alvarez from Figure Four Weekly broke a story that Lex Luger had suffered a possible stroke. According to the report, Luger was in a hotel room in San Francisco for a wrestling convention at the Cow Palace when the stroke occurred. As of 7 pm EST, Wrestling Observer’s Dave Meltzer is reporting that Luger is in stable condition at the Stanford University Hospital in Palo Alto.
Meltzer goes on to note that it is unclear whether Luger suffered a stroke or a heart attack. As of Alvarez’s report, it was being reported that Luger had no feeling from the waist down.
