Judgement Day 2008 will be held in Omaha, NE, on 18 May. Tickets go on sale this Saturday.

The Rock has pulled out of the long-in-development Spy Hunter movie. He had been signed up for the lead role for a while now and even had his likeness appear in a recent Spy Hunter video game, although the movie was pushed back many times.

No update on Ric Flair’s contractual status yet but WWE.com has put up an interview between him and Irv Gotti, founder of Murder Inc Records, so things can’t be all that bad between Flair and WWE.

According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, WWE lawyers have filed a motion to deny the Benoit and Toffolini families access to documents pertaining to WWE’s drug testing and drug effects on WWE wrestlers. WWE says the request is a ‘wholesale fishing expedition’ to set up future lawsuits against the company, while the families lawyers say the documents are vital to determining what happens to Chris Benoit’s estate.

Shawn Daivari appeared on the Pain Clinic radio show yesterday. He said he was devastated when the Mohammed Hassan angle was dropped and that neither of them were given a proper explanation for it. He also said he and Ken Kennedy went back a long way and that it was him who got WWE higher-ups to look at Kennedy.
