Reason for No Scott Hall, Samoa Joe Shoot Promo, TNA Injuries & More

According to PWTorch.com, the “word backstage” was that Scott Hall text messaged in to TNA with foot poisoning, which is why he didn’t show up. There have been negative feelings on bringing Hall in to TNA, so this is a story that will be watched closely, with TNA taping TV tonight and tomorrow. Kevin Nash was disappointed in Hall.

Joe was asked to go to the ring to take heat off of TNA for the no show, put over the roster, and introduce Eric Young (why the comedy face?) as the replacement. Joe went 5 minutes over his alotted time (Interesting since the incident lasted about 5:45) and attacked Nash more than was planned. When he leaned over and asked if someone was mad at him, then suggested he be fired, he was talking to TNA President Dixie Carter, who was upset that he “went into business for himself.” Nash was one of the major voices for bringing Joe to TNA because of ROH DVDs he saw and felt betrayed. The two had a backstage shoving match, but Joe backed off.

At an all talent meeting, Terry Taylor brought all contracts with him and asked who wanted out. Only Senshi (Low Ki) took him up on the offer, eerily similar to Raven at one point doing the same to WCW. Joe gave an emotional apology and Kurt Angle and Booker T gave pep talks.

In other TNA news, Rhino hurt his neck in his last TNA match, which is why he was replaced with Raven. He is getting it checked on.

Kaz cracked his skull in his tag match and Abyss needed stitches after his match last night.
