“THE FALLEN ANGEL” CHRISTOPHER DANIELS RELEASED FROM TNA WRESTLING
It was announced during tonight’s “iMPACT!” that “The Fallen Angel” Christopher Daniels has been fired from TNA Wrestling.
After being escorted from ringside, Christopher Daniels was provided with his official release by TNA management and left the arena.
TNA Wrestling wishes Christopher Daniels all the best in his future endeavors.
It seems like this is kayfabe (the briefcase Daniels won from Senshi last week turns out to have included a pink slip), but it’s pro wrestling, so we’ll probably find out that TNA did indeed grant Daniels a release to make the storyline seem more “real” and he’ll end up in WWE or ROH legit by the end of January. Of course, as previously reported, Senshi (a.k.a. Low Ki) recently asked for his release from TNA in real life and it was granted.
The contents of the other three “Feast Or Fired” briefcases were:
– Petey Williams earned the TNA World Heavyweight Championship shot
– BG James earned the TNA Tag Team Title shot with a partner of his choosing
– Scott Steiner got the X Championship shot
